Training schedule for 2022/2023 season


Men's and women's pre-season is now organised as below. All sessions will be 8 - 10pm at Brent Cross (Whitefield School, Claremont Road, London NW2 1TR)

Men's Pre-season:

  • 9th August & 16th August: Men 1 - 4

  • 23rd & 30th August: Men 1 - 8

Women's Pre-season

  • 10th August & 17th August: Women Performance

  • 24th & 31st August: Women 1 - 8

Women's Performance training is open to anyone that wishes to be considered in selection for the Women's Performance squad or wants to train at performance level before the start of the season.

Training nights for 2022 / 2023 season

Below is our training schedule which will run from 5 September. All training sessions will be at Brent Cross.

Mens Training

M1-2Mondays & Wednesdays 8pm - 10pm
M3-4Mondays 8pm-10pm
M5-6Tuesdays 8pm-10pm. Last week of the month, Mondays 8pm - 10pm
M7-8Tuesdays 8pm-10pm

Womens Training

W1-2Tuesdays & Thursdays 8pm-10pm (no training on third Tuesday of the month)
W3Tuesdays 8pm-10pm. Third week of the month Wednesday 8pm - 10pm
W4-5Wednesdays 8pm-10pm
W6-8Mondays 8pm-10pm

Specialist Training

GoalkeeperThird Tuesday of the month, 8pm-10pm.
Skill DevelopmentBy request on the first Tuesday of the month, 8-10pm.

This schedule will be continually under review and where required we will work to make the necessary changes.
