Some of our WHHC players competed in their annual cricket game against Brixton Barbarians last weekend.

Despite the wet weather conditions West Hampstead hockey club managed to chase a total of 203 to win by four wickets.

As the game drew to a close West Hampstead needed 4 runs from the last two overs. The innings finished 204-6. Jamie Fortune lead the runs with 38 not out, followed by Riaan with 31 retired. The wickets shared equally across the field with 3 players each taking 2 wickets; including Henry with his diving one handed catch.

The teams then headed back to the clubhouse to join the open day bbq and drinks.

Full inning stats will soon be available in the Brixton Barbarian's website.
