With just over 1 month until England Hockey compete in the Vitality Women's Hockey world cup, West Hampstead hockey club is challenging all players to take part in our world cup competition.

The rules are simple you have 5 balls to knock down 5 trophies in 90 seconds. You can retrieve the balls as many times you can but all shots have to be taken from the edge of the circle.

At the last open day the first eight players took on the challenge with Benji currently leading the table.

To see the footage so far visit our brand new Youtube channel.

Enter the challenge at next weekend's open day for you chance to win some prizes.

Winners and prizes will be announced at the July open day evening event.
