whhc.uk is provided by West Hampstead Hockey Club also referred to as WHHC.

The personal data we collect from you may include:
your email address and subscription preferences when you sign up to our newsletter

Details of the vendor used for any payment will clearly be shown forms where we are taking or scheduling a payment. The club will not store your bank account or card details, but they may pass through the club's systems.

make improvements, for example improving search or identifying errors

use personally identifiable data in analytics
We will share your data if we are required to do so by law.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as:

For users who are not members we will keep your personal data for no longer than 90 days. For members we will keep your data for the duration of your membership followed by an additional 90 days.
Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.
Our systems are designed, built and run to make sure that your data is as safe as possible; when it is being processed, transferred and stored.
Personal data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). Data collected may be transferred and processed outside of this area.
The club is committed to keeping your data secure. We have set up systems to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data.
This includes but is not limited to:

data sets are stored separately from each other
the minimum amount of data stored to provide each intended service or function
